Product context
Sustained delivery across unlike but connected platforms
The ecosystem supports standards resources, ODA components and providers, Catalyst projects, industry events, and a large content and research platform. Each product had its own content model, integrations, release needs, and audience while changes often crossed frontend, CMS, data, search, and release layers.

What I was responsible for
I contributed as a full-stack product engineer inside a wider client team. My responsibility was sustained cross-system delivery: turning stakeholder feedback into reviewable changes, resolving product and data issues across layers, supporting releases, and coordinating site work where needed.
Selected scope
Selected contributions
- 01
Built and improved ODA component, provider, certification, conformance, directory, map, metadata, search, and CMS experiences.
- 02
Delivered Catalyst discovery, filtering, pagination, project pages, awards, galleries, featured content, privacy, navigation, and structured CMS models.
- 03
Supported recurring event releases across agendas, sessions, speakers, partners, sponsors, exhibitors, internationalization, metadata, and responsive behavior.
- 04
Developed Inform search, member insights, article and report experiences, downloads, surveys, metadata, redirects, data visualization, and production synchronization.
- 05
Resolved release blockers and cross-layer UI/data issues across Next.js frontends and Strapi, Wagtail, and WordPress content systems.
- 06
Built and improved the product and integration layer of an AI-assisted document-search experience, including referenced documents and response tracking.
- 07
Built an internal issue-bridge workflow that kept selected client and delivery records traceable across separate work-management systems.

AI Knowledge Search for Telecom Standards Content
Within the wider platform programme, I built and improved the product and integration layer of an AI-assisted document-search experience for standards content.
- Delivered chat, loading, response, and referenced-document experiences that kept sources visible to the user.
- Connected managed search and authentication flows to the product interface and its embedded delivery context.
- Improved responsive behavior, analytics, response tracking, and integration quality across the search experience.

Engineering judgment
Selected technical decisions
Decision 01
Worked with each platform's appropriate React, Next.js, Nuxt, Strapi, Wagtail, Django, GraphQL, or WordPress delivery model instead of forcing unlike systems into one stack.
Decision 02
Used structured search, metadata, schema, redirects, analytics, and content models to make large content estates more navigable and releaseable.
Decision 03
Treated preview, QA, release branches, and recurring content and event launches as part of product engineering rather than separate aftercare.
Decision 04
Used lightweight automation where it reduced repetitive delivery coordination while keeping internal issue identifiers, boards, attachments, and access details private.
